Okay so my blog turned 2 last week, and in honor of that…
This post. There’s a few people on here that deserve a special mention.
Never, in a million years had I expected that you’d end up meaning so much to me. We met on here two years ago, and you haven’t left my life since that day. You crept your way into my heart, and you’re there to stay. Because you’re my best friend. The little sister I never had. You changed my life in such a positive way, and gave me someone I can trust. Someone I can lean on whenever times get hard, a shoulder to cry on. But what I really want you to know that I love you. I really fucking love you, and I don’t know what I’d do without you in my life. Who else with sit on Skype with me until 4 in the morning because of something that happened? To hang on the phone with for a stunning 8 hours, with a silence that neither of feel that needs to be filled. You’ve been in my life for two years now, and I hope you’ll be there for another 90328092383209.
I could put you two in separate paragraphs, but that wouldn’t make sense. For me, you two go together like Santa and his beard, Christmas and snow, Sean and Nat. I don’t think words can ever express how happy I am that I got to meet you two on this wonderful website. I mean, it’s one of those one in a million chances, and fuck am I glad I was lucky enough. You’ve grown on me like the So Cal sun grew on Alex Gaskarth, and I can’t say how happy I am that you two are in my life. Because even though there’s literally an ocean between us, you two feel like two of my closests friends. You’re my sisters, and that intensified when I got to spend three wonderful weeks with you. Please, don’t ever leave my life. I love you.
Gem, what do I say about you? You’re such an amazing person to have in my life. You’re always there for me when I need you, and I can’t tell you how happy I am with that. We got off to a rough start. (“Kaela, I don’t think Gem likes me that much.” “Keala, Steph doesn’t like me that much, does she?”) but that was quickly overcame. You’re such an amazing girl, and I’m so glad I can call you my friend.
Jesus fuck, how do I describe you? You’re insane, in the best way possible. You never fail to make me smile, even if I wanna flip you off a table from time to time. But that’s what we do. You’re such a strong person, and just fucking amazing, and I wish you’d see that, every day. So for now, I’ll just be that person that’ll tell you how incredibly great you are, until you see it for yourself.
My favorite Scot. My favorite guy in the world. God, I still can’t get over your fabulousness. Lewis, you’re such a great human being, and I can’t tell you how lucky I am to call you a friend. Because everyone needs someone as amazing as you are in their lives, and guess what? I am one of the lucky ones!
